How do I start a mock interview?
Sign up for free, select your industry and interview type, and start practicing immediately. No credit card needed for your first sessions.
What equipment do I need?
A computer or phone with internet access. A microphone is recommended for voice responses, but you can type answers too.
How many free sessions do I get?
You get 3 free practice sessions with full feedback. After that, choose a plan to continue.
Account & Billing
How do I upgrade my plan?
Go to your account settings and select "Upgrade Plan". You can choose Lite ($19/mo), Pro ($39/mo), or a Sprint Pass.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. Cancel anytime from your account settings. You keep access until the end of your billing period.
Do you offer refunds?

Technical Issues
The AI is not responding
Try refreshing the page. If the issue persists, check your internet connection or try a different browser. Clear cache and cookies if needed.
My audio is not working
Check your browser permissions for microphone access. Make sure no other app is using the microphone. Try Chrome or Edge for best compatibility.
My feedback report is not loading
